Ruvi started in a tiny Portland kitchen in 2019 with one cold-press and a crazy idea: hydration should do more than quench thirst. It should nourish, energize and delight — without the sugar crash.
Today we work with 23 family farms, press everything cold within 48 hours of harvest, and carbonate with natural botanical extracts. No concentrates, no “natural flavors” from a lab barrel, no preservatives. Our functional line adds ashwagandha, lion’s mane, magnesium and electrolytes — in doses that actually work, confirmed by third-party labs.
Every bottle is unpasteurized HPP for safety, never heat-treated, so enzymes, vitamin C and bright flavor stay alive. If it tastes like you just bit into a yuzu in a sea breeze — that’s because you basically did.

Is Ruvi really no added sugar?
Yes. 100%. Sweetness comes only from whole fruit. No stevia, no erythritol, no “natural flavors”. Brix balanced with citrus, salt and carbonation so it tastes bright without spike — GI tested low.
Do I need to refrigerate?
Yes, keep chilled 0-4°C. HPP keeps it fresh 45 days unopened. Once opened, fizz lasts 3 days capped. Shake gently — live sediment is good stuff.
Are adaptogens safe daily?
Our doses are food-level and third-party tested. Ashwagandha 500mg, lion’s mane 1000mg. If pregnant, nursing or on medication, check with your doctor — we print this on every label.
